If during the plan and contract assessment it is decided that a new PBM partner is needed to achieve plan goals, BancorpSouth offers an advanced Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Information (RFI) process. This selection process and evaluation system, developed by years of bid experience, is exclusive to our agency. Included in this proprietary process is the consideration of:

• Important issues to focus on in the questionnaire
• PBMs best suited to receive formal bid with questionnaire
• Critical factors in the selection process
• Finalists selection and coordination of the finalist's presentation
• Negotiate final PBM offering and contract terms
